Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Creative Services

By engaging Imagine Designs, LLC for a project consultation or design brief, you agree to these Master Terms. No architectural or design work commences until a formal project agreement is signed and the initial retainer is settled.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All conceptual drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings produced by Imagine Designs, LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of the studio. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to implement the designs at the specific project location defined in the agreement.

3. Governing Law

This agreement and all services provided by Imagine Designs, LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Lewis and Clark County, MT.
